1. Adequate food during the daylight hours. The formula to figure that out would be 2.5 x baby's weight, this equation will equal the number of ounces required for 24 hours. Generally 32 ounces is the most you would give, before food is introduced at six months..
2. Dark room - no light - pitch black
3. Brown noise machine
4. Swaddled
5. Room Temperature between 68 and 72 degrees.
