It's been a while and there is so much to say! So many wonderful changes have taken place. At this moment I am at Gem on Penn, 635 Penn Ave in West Reading. Grateful for this opportunity to meet people and share my modalities. And to see and hug people I haven't see in years! I am truly a blessed being. I want to share the most valuable piece of information I am working with right now. Knowing that I am a conduit for this living, loving, life energy, I need to be aware and awakened to the parts of me that are still struggling with the "old ways" of being. Things that I adopted along the way to feel protected and safe and in control. Finding them in my internal source and releasing them or reframing how I react to them. Loving that part as an integral stepping stone to who I am now.
The moral of this story is to work on you. Take care of that body you've been gifted for this journey. Continue to grow and evolve in self love and self care. The rest of the world will either line up to join you or fall away as unnecessary. Peace, light and know you are loved!

Use the energies of today to bring/project higher vibrational energy into your life and future. Tell them/intend what you want using positive words in the present tense. For example:
I intend I am joyfully having abundance coming into my life from expected and unexpected places! Your words are creating your world. Use them wisely. It is very much a choice!

Scrolling through Facebook, I see many posts from friends who are experiencing some craziness in their lives. Seeming lunacy, at times. I tell you, YES, it is happening and some of us are off center and needing to regain our footing, so to speak. We received a message a couple of weeks ago that gave us instructions to combat the lunacy. Drink water and meditate. This doesn't stop the craziness but it changes your perspective about the lunacy. It protects you. Makes you calmer. I've been drawn to write about meditation before and, here I am again. We've got to find our footing. We've got to be reminded, again, to take care of ourselves. If it's only 10 minutes while you are on the toilet taking a s**t, heck only 5 minutes. Do It! If you need help, ask for it. YouTube has some great music and even guided meditations. Find your center and your world becomes centered. And, if you ever need to talk, I'm available. Remember, I love you because you are so freaking lovable!!
