We are seeking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Staff member to support our HVAC operations team. Position Summary
The Administrative Staff member plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of our HVAC service team. This position is responsible for entering and tracking work orders, handling incoming phone calls, and managing email correspondence in a professional and timely manner. This is an office-based role that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and manage work orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally
- Respond to emails and coordinate with field technicians and management
- Maintain organized records and files
