I made this image of rain on white phlox on a summer morning. I hope you like the reflections within the droplets of water.

One more from the California Poppy trip. This one is under a high sun. A balance must be made between the flat light of the midday sun and the temperament of the poppies themselves. The poppies open fully under the sunniest of skies and are closed for the night at sunrise and sunset, when photographic light is the most dramatic. They love the sunshine.
