Did you know that developing fine motor skills is crucial for your preschooler's success in school and everyday life? These are the skills that involve the small muscles of the hands and wrists, and they are the foundation for so much!

Simple Ways to Practice:

💡 Play-Doh: Squeezing, rolling, and cutting strengthens hand muscles.
💡 Tongs & Tweezers: Use them to pick up & move small objects.
💡 Cutting: Let them practice cutting simple lines or shapes with child-safe scissors .
💡 Stickers: Peeling & placing stickers is a fantastic pincer grasp workout.
💡 Water Play: Squeezing water out of sponges or droppers.

Let's encourage those little hands to work, play, and grow strong! 💪

The BLOCK CENTER is just one of the centers we have in our classrooms to support learning.

Did you know that block play is a fantastic way for preschoolers to learn and grow? Our little builders are having a blast exploring their creativity and problem-solving skills in our block centers.

What a great way to start the school year! This week, we've had so much fun welcoming our full-time families, and it was a joy to see our partial-day friends at Meet the Teacher. We can't wait to see what this school year brings!
