Are you buried in the tactical, and struggling to accomplish the strategic plans for your business?

Here are 3 steps I use to reset, when I realize I am buried in the tactical:

1) Stop, and go somewhere quiet and alone (maybe on a bike?)

2) Take a deep breath and envision the person (or role) you desire to be

3) Ask yourself what that person would do in these situations

If you are having trouble with this, it’s normal. It takes time to rewire your thought process. Have patience with yourself (coming from a guy who is a LOW C on the culture index 😅)

As a leader, you do the hard things. Becoming the best version of yourself is going to be hard. It’s worth it for your family, your team, your community, and don’t forget… for you 💪
