Not a remodeling project but almost done with this mid century style table!

This home was built in the early 2000s and the original window had failed causing moisture to get inside the panes. While doing the replacement, I discovered that the builders didn’t nail or screw the window to the framing. Houses go up so fast and shortcuts are taken!

This client can now enjoy a properly installed window! 🙂

Out with the old, in with the new! This customer is excited to be able to actually slide their sliding glass door again! 🙂
