Do you prefer your cinny rolls cold or hot? Hot? Yeah it’s the only way. Which is why we now offer our rolls par-baked or frozen so you can enjoy them fresh and hot right from the oven!

Whew! They sure are pretty! Honestly, getting the shaping (and scoring) down has been challenging. Although perfection isn’t the goal- consistency is what we are going for- I’m very pleased with this progress. I do love getting to know sourdough. It can be considerably more complex than one would think. I’m happy to listen and learn something each time I bake. Such a satisfying process!
