In this line of work I do is mainly for elderly people, and even though you try not to you develop a relationship with them. And you start to care about them as if they were your own family. Most of the time they care more about you than your own family.
So when you get a message saying one of them has passed away, it’s really hard not to get emotional. I lost a client today! I hope she’s happy she’s with her husband again.
