Thanks to collaborations with organizations like Rapid City Area Schools District and Starting Strong Rapid City, LifeSight provides thousands of free children’s vision screenings annually to catch issues early and protect young eyes from vision loss. 15% of children screened are found to have an undiagnosed vision problem. For most of these kids, all it takes is an eye exam and a pair of glasses – but too many families cannot afford this care. That’s why LifeSight is teaming up with local eye care professionals to ensure no-cost eye exams and glasses can get to children who need them most.
