Desert Moon VST

This Peruvian nut shell shaker is one of my favorite ways to center because of its focused, watery sound and the way it effectively, yet gently shifts you towards a more focused state. During sound baths I like it as a beautiful bridge between bowl play or leading into stillness.

Shakers and rattles are so useful to have in your sound meditation practice for clearing stagnant energy and bringing your focus to the present moment.
