Transparency Post.

For the past year, I have been unmotivated, distant, and over the whole idea of entrepreneurship.

I decided to get a corporate job (I'll reveal it soon), and so far so good.

But if I can be completely honest, I love what I do. The work fits me.
But coming home every day after 10-hour shifts, 90 mins of travel time, needing 2 hours to mentally decompress, and attempting at least an hour of self-care, just to do it all over again, is draining, uncomfortable, and not how I see my life. Not every day. Not for the next 30 years. Not this to be retirement.

I just know something is missing. I haven't been creating. I haven't been using my gifts to the maximum. I look back over the last couple of years since graduating with my master's degree, I feel like I have been doing what I am supposed to do, expected to do; performing. And I can't stand it.

And I realize that is the reason for my stagnation and self-sabotage.
I need to be me, create for me, and authentically show up.

I have always wanted to brand myself as a resource. I mean that is my passion and meaning for existence after all.

So that's what it is now. I love my job and definitely gives me confidence in the skills I have developed over the years, but I'm also an entrepreneur. This journey now includes balancing both and living fully. Everything that I have to offer, I apply for myself.

Today, I redid my logo, started a new website, updated my social media accounts, brainstormed my services, wrote goals and set intentions, and created and scheduled new posts. It feels good. This is what I was missing.
