Join me for a cool practice on the deck facing the beautiful lake at Sunset or come sweat with me in the Hot Yoga Room, Iluminated by a beautiful Himalayan Salt Wall and heated by Infrared panels. *vaccinated friends only 🙏
Currently teaching Wednesday Evenings at 6pm and Saturday Mornings at 9am but I have plenty of availability, just ask! $25 per class Cash or Venmo
