Like many, I have been shocked, angered, and struggling with a sense of helplessness these past days watching Russian forces invade Ukraine. I personally have friends and colleagues over there who fear for their lives as rockets fly, and troops march closer to the cities. Having experienced combat, this is something I never wish for anyone. I stay connected with those I know as much as possible to lend emotional support, but it feels lacking.
