Don’t over complicate your Rotator cuff rehab. Efficiency is key. In the early stages of rotator cuff recovery and strengthening it’s important to work on stability, and pain free activation.

This helps with both of those.

Make sure you press hard from your palm into the ball (as much as you can pain free). A light touch on the ball won’t be as effective.
