The movement of the day for Wednesday 9.2.20 is a single arm dead stop swing.
You should be strong in all planes to prevent injury. But including anti-rotational training helps lock that core in for when an outside force tries to knock you off balance.
Now just think if we could apply this to all things in life...👊
