Five Points Embroidery
As some of you know, I moved out of the shop on Glenwood in September and October. At the time, my plan was to reorganize and reopen in a more affordable warehouse space nearby, and I know I told a number of people that I'd publish an update here once I was sorted out. Unfortunately, lot of things happened during and after the move that made reopening really difficult, and as of last Sunday, the business is officially moved out of the warehouse space and closed. I love what I do and I've loved working with my customers, but trying to manage the shop all on my own was just too much. I've had some real health issues since the move and I've had to accept that for me, at least, it's just not healthy or sustainable to run an entire business operation solo. So I'd like to apologize for not sorting things it sooner and thank everyone who's been a customer or helped me out through a really difficult period here. There are a handful of people whose orders were caught in the middle of the move, and I am particularly sorry about that. I moved everything into storage last weekend, and if you will message me here or email [email protected] with your mailing address, I will get those items shipped to you as soon as I can. I will miss being a part of the Five Points business community, but hopefully I will still see some of you around the neighborhood :)

This a gorgeous piece of embroidery I've been doing for Ecoaccents, and there it is, published in Cooking Light Magazine! Ecoaccents makes fantastic pillow covers, and I've been able to stitch all kinds of giant shiny things onto them. So exciting to see this design in print! If you'd like to order one of these pillows or see them in person, feel free to stop by the shop…seems like there's burlap everywhere in the workroom right now!
