There’s nothing we love more than getting behind the scenes with the local businesses that make the Triangle food scene so special. 🌿 This time, our social media manager Arlem visited @sassoolcafe, one of the Triangle’s favorite Mediterranean spots, where @simonesaleh personally taught her how to make their brand-new Pizzette — a fresh, handcrafted bite topped with pesto, mozzarella, and tomato that’s hitting the menu this June through August.
