Job Summary
RAMYRO is seeking a driven Regional Sales Account Manager (Middle East and Africa) to grow and manage client relationships across the region for our healthcare IT portfolio, including PACS, VNA, and AI-based medical imaging solutions. The Regional Sales Account Manager will own the full sales cycle within their region, from prospecting new hospital and clinic accounts to expanding relationships with existing clients, while working closely with the Project Management and Delivery teams to ensure a smooth handoff from sale to implementation.

Key Responsibilities
-Manage and grow a portfolio of regional healthcare accounts(Middle East and Africa), driving both retention and new business
-Promote and sell RAMYRO's healthcare software platforms, including RIS/PACS, Enterprise Imaging VNA, and AI medical imaging applications
-Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and market research within the assigned region
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (hospital administrators, radiology directors, IT decision-makers, procurement teams)
-Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations
-Negotiate contracts and pricing in coordination with management
-Coordinate with the Project Management and Delivery team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to implementation
-Track pipeline, forecast accurately, and report on regional sales performance
-Stay current on healthcare IT trends, competitive landscape, and regional market needs

Requirements
-Minimum 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within healthcare IT, HealthTech, or medical imaging/software
-Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
-Experience selling to hospitals, clinics, or radiology/imaging centers is highly preferred
-Ability to manage a full sales cycle independently, from lead generation to closing
-Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
-Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed
-Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
