About 1 in 8 US women will develop invasive breast cancer during their lifetime. In 2021 alone, over 280K new cases of invasive breast cancer are expected to be diagnosed in the US. As of 2021, breast cancer became the most common cancer globally according to the World Health Organization. Overall, Black women are more likely to die from breast cancer than any other race.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and we wanted to honor both those courageously fighting cancer and the community supporting them.
