"My dream is to work hard, be safe, get an education, and help people like me." 🧡

Meet Saifadin, a former refugee from Sudan whose journey has taken him from a refugee camp to building a new life in the United States. Along the way, he has overcome displacement, violence, and uncertainty—all while remaining focused on his dreams.

Today, he works hard to support his family and continues building a future filled with opportunity.

At Refugee Hope Partners, we are committed to centering refugee voices and creating opportunities for refugees to share their own stories, experiences, and hopes for the future.

👉🏼Join us in recognizing Refugee Awareness Month by watching Saifadin's story and seeing how education and community support can help transform lives.

🎓🎉 This graduation season, we’re celebrating a major milestone: 19 students from our Bridge Program are receiving their high school diplomas this spring!

Our Bridge Program is designed to equip and empower refugee youth as they work toward their academic and career goals through tutoring, mentorship, college and career planning, job readiness support, and more.

We believe every student deserves the encouragement, resources, and opportunities needed to succeed. We are incredibly proud of the Class of 2026 and can’t wait to see all they accomplish in the years ahead.

Join us in celebrating these remarkable graduates and the bright futures they are building. 🎓💙

One chapter finished, and a brand new one about to begin. 🎓

During our final week of Spring programs, we celebrated the end of another joyful year of Early Learning Club, complete with graduation parties, proud smiles, and lots of excitement for what’s next.

Seven of our students will head to Kindergarten this fall, carrying with them new confidence, growing independence, stronger English skills, and a love of learning that has been nurtured all year long. The rest will stay around for another year of learning before it's their turn for Kindergarten!

We’re so proud of these students and grateful for every volunteer, teacher, and supporter who helped make this year possible. Here’s to a summer full of play and a big next step ahead. 💛

$240,000 raised. $110,000 to go.

Because of this community’s generosity, hundreds of refugee families are finding belonging, support, and opportunities to thrive here in Wake County. As we look toward the rest of 2026, we’re extending our Spring Campaign by ONE more week to help close the gap on our $350,000 goal and continue building toward what’s next.

This funding will specifically help us:
• Convert our Welcome Hub pilot into a more permanent hub and begin planning for a second hub
• Engage 615 refugee families in comprehensive wrap-around support - that's 60+ more families than we currently serve
• Walk alongside more families as they grow in stability, confidence, and independence through our Engagement Pathway

These are more than organizational goals. They represent families building community, parents gaining confidence, students finding support, and neighbors taking meaningful steps toward long-term thriving.

If you’ve been considering giving, this is the time to join us. Every gift helps move this work forward and brings us closer to the vision of all families thriving.

Help us finish strong. https://refugeehopepartners.org/an-enduring-yes
