🎉Happy New Year! ¡Feliz Año Nuevo!🎉

📍
Last year for me was full of change and winding roads and uncertainty. I struggled, doubted, and gained clarity. I leaned into the uncomfortable places and found the answers within, where they often are.

📍
I’m looking forward to 2026, not because it will be easy, but because I have the strength to face what’s coming. I’m ready to continue to guide and support my children, to work hard to achieve the professional goals I have established for myself and to contribute to the fight within social justice movements where so much help is needed.

📍
My hope, wish and intention for 2026 is that we, as humans on this planet, do better to build and sustain strong and welcoming communities where everyone can thrive.

📍

Let’s do this! 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
📍🎉

Fall vibes, friendship and fun. Taking advantage of the season before winter kicks in. A reminder that despite the struggles, the scary and awful things that are happening we can always find beauty in community.

This year we mark 10 years of Day and we demand action. Latinas are paid just 54 cents, on average, for every $1 non-Hispanic, white men are paid, resulting in lost pay amounting to over 1 million dollars over the course of a 40-year career.
📣

I had the honor to join two weeks ago alongside other advocates and allies at the United Nations during , to demand action and equal pay for Latinas and commemorate the decade-long struggle: 10 Años de Lucha.
📣

At the event, we heard about Justice for Migrant Women’s latest report on the wage gap and what that means for Latinas from the rural areas to the corporate world. It takes Latinas almost two years (22 months) to earn what a white, non-Hispanic man earns in 12 months.
📣

We deserve respect and equal pay for equal work. It’s way overdue. I stand with , what about you?
