Here are some of the changes we saw:
➡️ The number of active listings was down 40% from October 2020 and down 13% from September 2021.
➡️ The median listing price for the month was $430K, compared to $416K the previous month and $359K in October 2020.
🗓️ Compared to last year, the average number of days unit spent on the market before being sold was down 16%.
