Fiasco's

Yes, it’s true a water issue stemming from a walk-in cooler leak back on July 18th from our neighboring restaurant Los Tres Magueyes which experts claim should take a couple weeks to fix and has turned into a nine month long ordeal. Our Landlord, American Asset Corporation recently lead us to believe they would be willing to relocated Fiasco’s to a new location but once we agreed American Asset Corporation not only refused to help relocate us but they were now renting our space to Los Tres Magueyes and we were locked out of our store. All over a water issue that should have been fixed but instead was allowed to continue for months and months until it drove us out of business so they can now knock down the wall and take over our location.

Four months after we were forced to close there is still water seeping into Fiasco's. Any Property Management Company that allows this to happen to one of it's tenants should be shut down. Let alone my wonderful neighbors Los Tres who have yet to fix the problem and continue to operate.

Spending 9.11.11 in New York City to pay respect to all of those who died and those who continue to risk their lives to allow us the chance to dream.
