How much effort is required to manage a successful campaign on Google My Business? Is it worth the investment of time and money?

What is the benefit in terms of exposure that Google My business can bring to me versus connecting with people through other social media channels like Facebook or Twitter or Instagram- which one has the most positive impact for you personally and why do think that's so strong?
