“Then Jesus said to Simon, ‘Do not be afraid; from now on you will be catching people’” (Luke 5:10).

Just as Jesus and his disciples celebrated a miraculous catch of fish and an appointed purpose, we, too, celebrate the joy and abundance found in community, fellowship, and caring for one another.

Here, the men at Raleigh Rescue Mission, clients and staff, enjoy a warm, sunny morning at the lake!

“Two are better than one… If either of them falls down, one can help the other up” (Ecclesiastes 4:9-10).

Single mothers carry enormous responsibility—emotionally, spiritually, financially, and mentally. In the middle of caring for children and healing from personal struggles or disappointments, it can be easy to isolate.

When The Garden opens, single women and single mothers will find comfort, guidance, and spiritual encouragement in solidarity.

And at Raleigh Rescue Mission's Hargett Street campus, men will find more ease and accountability in faith-based brotherhood.

Two campuses offering community, emotional wisdom, and healthy support systems—necessities for strength, healing, growth, and ultimately, independence.

Providing three meals a day for individuals who come through our doors requires a steady supply of food.

Right now, we are especially in need of key items like bread, proteins, snack items, and fresh produce.

Your support helps ensure that every person who comes to Raleigh Rescue Mission receives consistent, nutritious meals while moving forward.

When someone walks through our doors, the goal is not just short-term relief.

It’s a clear path forward.

The New Life Plan provides a step-by-step process that begins with meeting immediate needs and continues through skill development, employment, and ultimately independent living.

Each phase builds on the last, helping clients move toward long-term stability and self-sufficiency.

Thank you for helping make that possible.
