Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from McConnell Golf!

We’re excited to congratulate Miss Madelyn Swomley, daughter of Dan Swomley, Head Golf Professional at Raleigh Country Club, for winning our annual Holiday Card Contest.

Each year, our employees’ children design the official McConnell Golf holiday card, and Madelyn’s festive artwork perfectly captured the holiday spirit with a golfing twist.

Weather was great for the second round of the Men's Ryder Cup which provided for great scoring conditions. The Reserve Golf Club was able to extend their lead over Raleigh Country Club, Sedgefield Country Club with Porters Neck Country Club and Treyburn Country Club playing well to move into the top 5. Today's final round should be entertaining with another day of great scoring conditions and look forward to crowning a champion later this afternoon.
