The Priority Application Deadline for our Fall Transforming Leaders cohort is TODAY (May 29).

Apply by today to ensure your spot in the cohort (only 5 spots remaining!)

Transforming Leaders is a personal leadership deep dive, delivered in a cohort-based model where you learn just as much from the brilliant participants in the room as you do from the facilitation team.

This is not your standard leadership development program - no step by step frameworks, no business school professor with outdated case studies.

Transforming Leaders provides situational leadership skill-building for people who have real issues with real teams in real companies. And it delivers real results.

Take it from our Spring 2026 graduates:

- 100% now have a community of peers they can rely on
- 100% say the program made them more effective leaders
- 100% agree that the program was a worthwhile investment

What’s the key difference between our cohort-based programs? Richard Averitte says that Transforming Leaders made him a better leader, and Regional made him a better citizen.

Check out this video testimonial to hear more about how Richard has shown up differently as a leader and community member as a result of participating in our programs. Richard is the Executive Director of the American Cancer Society of Central & Eastern North Carolina.

Applications for our Fall Transforming Leaders cohort are open now; don’t miss your opportunity to grow your career this year.

Last week, as part of our anti-poverty focus, our Regional Leadership cohort had the privilege of visiting the Farm at Penny Lane - a 40-acre sanctuary in Chatham County where community, nature, and mental health recovery intersect.

The Farm at Penny Lane provides housing, nature-based therapy, and community gatherings for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.

Each session throughout the Regional Program is designed to explore the historic and present-day factors that shape health, well-being, and vitality across the Triangle. In addition to providing data and context, we always highlight community leaders driving meaningful change in those areas. It was a joy to be at The Farm at Penny Lane and learn from their team!
