Valencell Biometrics Lab

The first member of our team in the spotlight is our Clinical Team Manager Stephanie Sullivan!

As the Clinical Team Manager for the Biometrics Lab, Stephanie oversees the research team that executes internal data collection efforts and client research projects, as well as manages third-party clinical trials and the clinical validation for the Valencell Health Fingertip™ Blood Pressure Monitor.

Stephanie started with Valencell as an intern in 2016 before pursuing her Master of Science in Exercise Physiology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Upon graduation, she accepted the role of Reports Lead for the Biometrics Lab and then took over as Clinical Team Manager in 2022.

Beyond her roles at Valencell, Stephanie has experience working as an exercise physiologist, a triathlon coach, personal trainer and a research assistant for several clinical trials. She is a Certified Healthcare Clinical Research Specialist, ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist and ACSM Certified Personal Trainer.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys training for triathlons, walks with her dog, Laguna, and spending time with her daughter, Emilee and husband Theo.
