We are thrilled to announce that yoga is coming back to RealFit!
We will be hosting classes taught by instructors from Gratitude Yoga Saturdays at 9 AM.
Yoga classes are free for RealFit members. Not a member? Simply purchase a $10 day pass, and the class is included.

Congratulations to Nikki for winning our ladies deadlift competition!
Competition was fierce (but friendly), and there were even a couple of PRs.
