Because what you see looks finished…
but what you don’t see is still very much in progress.

Behind walls and under surfaces, I’m still finding things like:
• Incomplete flashing details
• Electrical issues that haven’t been fully resolved
• Plumbing components that haven’t been properly secured
• HVAC systems that need adjustment

Nothing unusual… just reality.
