Precision Deck and Patio

Mondays are a great day for demo! Out with the old and in with the new. We're tearing out this tired old wood deck to make way for a larger, more functional outdoor living space. Here is a sneak peak at what we will be building.

Another beautiful build complete with happy homeowners! This project features a little bit of everything from Trex — Trex Transcend Tiki Torch decking, Trex Transcend railing with white composite balusters and 5.5 inch rail posts, Trex RainEscape for a dry patio space below, and Trex low-voltage lighting for added safety and a great nighttime ambiance.

We truly enjoyed this project and appreciated the opportunity to work for such wonderful homeowners. During our two-week stay working on both the front and back of their home, they treated our crew with incredible kindness and hospitality. Projects like this are what make our work so rewarding.

The Men In Black are at it again! This week we’re building a large custom deck in Raleigh featuring the Trex RainEscape drainage system to create a dry patio space below the deck.

By channeling water away from the framing and into gutters, RainEscape allows the area underneath to become a functional outdoor living space instead of wasted square footage. Even on a rainy North Carolina day, the patio below stays dry and usable.

Our antique to***co barn deck build is almost complete! Just a few final hours on Monday to wrap things up. The flower planters are built, Trex Signature railing is installed, and the staircase is finished. We’re excited to finish this project but hate to leave this beautiful place.

We’re incredibly fortunate to be trusted with builds on some truly beautiful properties. This project is a special one—a large build surrounding a restored antique to***co barn, perfectly positioned at the top of a hill.

The views and being surrounded by nature like this makes it an amazing place to work. It’s projects like these that remind us why we love what we do!

We are currently building benches and flower boxes that will surround the structure. We will post more pictures when complete!
