Today is day 12 of my School Night Supper series, and my Ground Turkey Stuffed Pepper Casserole is breaking all the casserole stereotypes. This isn’t the “dump and hope for the best” kind of casserole. It’s bold, colorful, cheesy, and packed with BIG flavor. You can even skip the sides because this is an all-in-one-meal!
