Was gifted a hanging hat rack and it was just the thing we needed! You see, we re-organized my daughter’s room and this hanger has freed up a bin to use elsewhere.

Organization systems can change! What is a system that you changed recently?

✨ How it started… sorta. After my initial editing of my childhood closet (not pictured), moving into my first home 3 years later, and realizing my partner and I would be sharing a closet and 2 dressers, I knew I had to downsize my wardrobe.

I started editing my hanging clothes first. My secret goal was to hang as much as I could so I could KEEP as much I could. This became unnecessary for after getting rid of anything too small, and formal and business casual clothing, I had ample room to hang pieces I always wanted to hang like sweatshirts and pants. The game changer was the velvet hangers. Strong, thin, and the singular black color elevated my clothing instantly. Happy to report 2 years later my closet looks this way daily.
