Affordable housing project in Raleigh receives full funding: 'Part of the American Dream' An innovative affordable-housing project in southeast Raleigh is fully funded, and one step closer to changing the lives of 18 families.

Yesterday our ImagineWake Alliance met at our office to discuss the past, present, and future infrastructure needs for Wake County. Thank you Duke Energy (electricity), Dominion Energy (natural gas) and City of Raleigh (water) for joining us!

A new analysis from Zillow finds the typical home in the Triangle Region is just over $457,000. That's down 2.5% since July, but still 63% higher than July 2019.

Home affordability falls to new low even as prices drop Not only are homes in the Triangle real estate market more expensive than they were a year ago, the monthly mortgage costs have risen dramatically during that time as well.
