We know the holidays are upon us, we will be working 1/2 day on 12/24, (8-12pm), we are closed on 12/25 and 12/26. We will work normal hours on 12/29, 12/30 and a half of day on 12/31. We will be closed 01/01-01/02/2026. We wish you all a safe and happy holidays and a wonderful new year !

TURMERIC : Did you know that turmeric is a natural anti-inflammatory? Our providers recommend using turmeric daily to help reduce joint pain and inflammation, this is a natural spice that can be taken in tablet form or used as a powder in liquids or mixed into your meals. This can be taken as an additional or an alternative for people who cannot tolerate NSAIDs (prescription anti-inflammatory). Make sure to always check with your medical care team before adding new medications!
