Established, successful, and continually growing hospitality group in Raleigh NC seeks knowledgable, experienced, passionate, and driven operator.

This hire is for a building that houses two cocktails bars in one building. Each concept includes trend-forward small plates menu. The ground floor concept is a Latin themed cocktail bar with a food program and nightly downtempo DJ. The second floor concept is a brand new, super sexy, dark, sinister modern cocktail bar with a secret door entryway.

We are currently looking for a General Manager who is passionate about great nightlife, beverage programs, and guest experience. Familiarity with Music management and/or night-life operations is very desirable.

Our hospitality group oversees multiple locations that throw dynamite parties, develops awesome beverage programs, cultivate trend-forward culinary menus, and brew award-wining beer. Candidate should have strong understanding for revenue growth and day-to-day operations, of running a successful operation. A passion for quality in these areas is a must.

Location is in the heart of the thriving, competitive, and growing downtown Raleigh market.

Salary is market competitive with benefits.
Bonuses will be based on profitability to include inventory cost control, labor cost control, and revenue growth.

We are looking for a dynamite social media/marketing candidate that would oversee 4 to 6 hospitality brands.

This would include all platforms for each brand. Strong knowledge and ability with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tik Tok, Etc, Etc, Etc is a MUST!

This role has been paused due to the shutdowns of the last few months but we are in a place to keep content flowing now.

Since we are in the nightlife, food, and beverage space, it is important that you are in touch with the trends and aesthetics of these industries.

Experience with Photgraphy, Graphic Design, Video Production and/or Marketing Practices would be a plus for the hire that we make for this job.

We are contracted with a full service graphic design and photgraphy team that will help you with certain content development as needed.

While part time now, this role could evolve to fill a full time marketing and events position down the road.
