My client scheduled a braid take down. I price my braid take downs based on the amount of braids. I was told she only had 8 braids 🤭🤣 is it giving 8?

On another note a lot of clients judge hair based on emotion, trends, or what they saw online. Most clients are not considering hair science, maintenance reality, or long-term hair health. That’s why a stylist has to lead with expertise instead of only agreeing with what the client thinks they want or in this case “has”’. Ultimately I can’t always trust my clients judgement simply because I’m the professional 🤷🏽‍♀️🙇🏽‍♀️
