Paying it Forward Beading

Hey y'all. I was able to get a good amount of fabric ready to sew for covers before I got too tired earlier. Got a bit of resting time in then brought out the bookmark supplies and made 45 hook bookmarks to drop off at Jumpin' Java Coffee Shop tomorrow.
These are the most popular bookmarks for the patrons there so I will keep making them for the free library.
Now I am all tuckered out and so I plan on reading for the rest of the evening. I do plan on calling it an early night because the pain has ramped up and the crafting has taken all my energies.

Hey y'all and Happy Friday. Here she is, all done up and I now remember why I did not make lots of these. My notes reminded me why as well. I do love the end results but me and curves do not mix in sewing. This is such a fun pattern and comes out great, I should have used faux leather at the bottom but even without it the bag came out great. Not sure I will make more but I do love it. The strap is adjustable and even though this is is the small version it is very roomy.
The lining is all black but the zipper is purple and inside of the zipper pouch is red to give it a pop of color. What do you think?

HA! Y'all so as I grabbed all the parts for the pattern I noticed all the notes and pin holes and I was like wait a minute that means I have made this bag! Sure enough I did! Last May I made this for someone! A commissioned bag for my hubby's coworker! It came out pretty cute.
Glad I write notes on my pattern parts 🤣🤣and use pins for things otherwise I would not have remembered this. It has been a year and a lot has happened in that year so yeah easy to forget it. May use faux leather for the bottom but not sure just yet.
Gonna refer to the notes on whether or not it was easy to work with. Now I am more motivated to work on this.

Hey y'all. So Neurology appointment went well. The medical team uses the term "multifactorial etiology" a lot when talking with each other about my care and what is going on. Basically it means that there are a lot of things that are causing issues not just one single thing. So we focus on what we can control and manage what we can.
We all agree that adding more medications is not helpful so we will find other ways which I appreciate and something I advocate loudly for myself. Just glad we can have the conversations about this and listen to each other on this subject.
Now I am home after running a couple errands and ready to just relax a bit. I did stop by Chop Shop Tattoos to get working on my next tattoo!!!
