Recognizing great teaching is our very favorite part of the job!🙌🏽 Greg Sutton and Carlena Sheeran, ISD presented an Orton Gillingham Master Teacher award to Marcie Kazarovich, 3rd grade teacher at Radcliff Elementary School in the areas of Morphology Three Part Drill and New Concept.🏆 Morphology is the study of word structure and meaning. A morpheme is the smallest unit of a word that contains meaning. This instruction is expanding and enhancing the vocabulary of the students!

These teachers go through a process of announced and unannounced visits from a district team, a walkthrough from their administration, and lots of feedback.👊🏼 Way to lead, Mrs. Kazarovich!!!!!💙
