🥵 Stay Cool & Beat the Heat! ☀️
Some unhealthy heat is in the forecast for this week. Protect yourself and your loved ones with these simple steps:

𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐲 𝐇𝐲𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝: Drink plenty of cool water, even if you don't feel thirsty. Avoid sugary or alcoholic drinks.
𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐂: Spend time in air-conditioned indoor locations as much as possible. Call 2-1-1 or check local resources for cooling centers.
𝐃𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐒𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐭: Wear lightweight, light-colored, and loose-fitting clothing.
𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤 𝐨𝐧 𝐎𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬: Keep an eye on elderly neighbors, family members, and those without AC.
