Winding Paths Photography

Sometimes there comes a point in your life where it becomes necessary to reevaluate your situation and your options. Unfortunately, I have hit that point in my life concerning my photography business. As much as I love photography, and as much as I love the interaction that I have with my customers and clients, as much as I love the ability to bring so much joy into someone's life with something so simple and straightforward, it has become necessary for me to close my figurative doors. This decision does not come lightly, and it comes out the heels of a lot of soul-searching and decision-making that has been heartbreaking for me personally. I am in a position where I can not compete with other local photographers who are better known, who have access to better equipment, who have spacious studios, and whose hours do not revolve around their ability to have someone watch their children. I will still unquestionably provide pictures for any of my close friends or family who would like me to, but I will no longer be providing public services. I steadfastly believe that whenever someone feels the need to make such a difficult and big decision like this, that there are still always better things in the future to come. I am hoping that my better things will come, and that everyone who has given me the amazing opportunity to be a part of your family's lives continues to be greatly blessed and happy in all the things that they do. Thank you so much for allowing me to have walked with you all on this winding path for the last 8 years or so that my business has existed. If it weren't for all of you, I never would have grown as much as I have norvlearned as much as I have. Thank you again.
