আজ ভোর ৬টায় বাংলাদেশের প্রাক্তন প্রধানমন্ত্রী বেগম খালেদা জিয়া দীর্ঘ অসুস্থতার পর তিনি না ফেরার দেশে চলে গেছেন। ইন্না লিল্লাহি ওয়া ইন্না ইলাইহি রাজিউন । আল্লাহ তায়ালা তাঁর আত্মাকে জান্নাতুল ফেরদৌসের উচ্চতম স্থান দান করুন, তাঁর পরিবারের প্রতি অসীম ধৈর্য্য ও সহমর্মিতা বর্ষিত করুক এবং বাংলাদেশকে সবসময় শান্তি ও ঐক্যের পথে বাস্তবায়িত রাখুক।

বেগম খালেদা জিয়া বাঙালি নারীর সংগ্রাম, দৃঢ়তা ও স্বাধীনতার অনন্য প্রতীক। তাঁর জীবনে ছিল অসংখ্য কঠিন সময় বিরোধী শোষণ, লাঞ্ছনা, হাসপাতালে দিনরাত যুদ্ধ, নানা অসুস্থতা, এবং রাজনৈতিক প্রতিদ্বন্দ্বিতা। তবুও তিনি কখনো ভেঙে পড়েননি। তিনি বিশ্বাস করে গিয়েছিলেন গণতন্ত্র ও মানুষে ভর করে বাংলাদেশ এগিয়ে যাবে । সেই বিশ্বাস আমাদের হৃদয়ে অম্লান থাকুক। ভালো থাকুক বাংলাদেশ শান্তিতে, ঐক্যে ও মানবতায়।

Today at 6:00 a.m., former Prime Minister of Bangladesh, Begum Khaleda Zia, passed away after a prolonged illness. Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un. May Allah Almighty grant her soul the highest place in Jannatul Ferdous, bestow immense patience and compassion upon her family, and keep Bangladesh always moving forward on the path of peace and unity.

Begum Khaleda Zia was a unique symbol of struggle, resilience, and independence for Bengali women. Her life was filled with countless hardships—oppression by opponents, humiliation, endless battles in hospitals, various illnesses, and intense political rivalry. Yet she never broke down. She continued to believe that Bangladesh would move forward through democracy and the strength of its people. May that belief remain forever alive in our hearts. May Bangladesh remain well in peace, unity, and humanity.
