Heavy rain could lead to rapid flooding in poor drainage areas, along creeks and streams, and on roadways. Some locations could receive 2 to 3 inches of rain in just 1 to 2 hours.

🚨 FATAL TRUCK CRASH UPDATE 🚨

Pennsylvania State Police have identified the truck driver killed Thursday afternoon in Upper Milford Township as Clarence Reynolds, 42, of Camden, New Jersey.

Police said the truck left Route 29 near Beck Road, struck a utility pole and a tree, and overturned onto its driver’s side.

Reynolds was pronounced dead at the scene. No other vehicles were involved.
