Super sparkly and fun cake to celebrate turning 6!!

Proud of the wedding cake I made for my nephew’s wedding last Sunday at the Aldrich Manor in Rhode Island! First time making Swiss Meringue Butter Cream and it’s definitely a different beast than American butter cream. And furthest delivery yet!

Vanilla cake with strawberries & cream filling, SMBC frosting.

Plus 360 mini cupcakes (carrot cake, PB cup, cookies & cream, chocolate chip cookie dough, and S’mores) and a couple hundred Buckeye’s (chocolate covered peanut butter balls).

Two milestone cakes from this weekend —

Souderton graduation pull-apart cupcake cake & 5 dozen cupcakes (s’mores, cookies, and cream, chocolate chip cookie dough, death by chocolate, and Oh sweet and salty caramel)

1st birthday almond flavored cake, vanilla cupcakes & (extra sugar cookies) with “little firecracker” theme.
