For me, it’s yes on all counts from my corporate days! Now, think about these questions:

💡What was the energy of the offsite like? Did it ebb and flow? Were people energized or exhausted?

💡What themes, advancements, agreements or solutions carried forward in the long term afterwards?

💡What was the most memorable/impactful part?

💡What would an ideal offsite look, feel and be like for you/your goals?
