June was full of meaningful moments, shared laughter, and everyday joys in our Connections Memory Care neighborhood. 💙 From creative activities and music to games, celebrations, and time spent together, each day brought new opportunities to connect and make memories.

Here’s a look back at some of the smiles, friendships, and special moments that made June one to remember. Thank you to our incredible residents, families, staff, and volunteers who make our community feel like home every day.

This week, The Rivers at Puyallup proudly celebrated Caregiver Appreciation Week with a fun-filled Spirit Week dedicated to the incredible team members who make a difference in the lives of our residents every single day. From Crazy Hair Day and Disney Day to Sports Day, our caregivers enthusiastically joined in the festivities, shared lots of laughs, and enjoyed sweet treats prepared by our staff.

Being a caregiver is more than a job—it's a calling. Caregivers provide comfort, compassion, dignity, and support to seniors during some of the most important moments of their lives. Their work is physically demanding, emotionally challenging, and often goes unseen, yet they continue to show up each day with patience, kindness, and dedication.

Senior living communities simply would not function without the heart and hard work of our caregivers. They are the foundation of the care we provide and the reason our residents feel safe, valued, and loved.

To all of our amazing caregivers: Thank you for your unwavering commitment, your endless compassion, and everything you do to enrich the lives of our residents and their families. We appreciate you today and every day!

We had SO MUCH FUN at Puyallup Meeker Days Festival. Amazing music, vendors, food, and sense of community. We are so incredibly lucky to have events like this so close to home. We cannot wait for next year!

Bingo is one of our residents’ favorite Friday activities, and last week we had a full table of enthusiastic players ready to test their luck and enjoy some friendly competition. While prizes are always exciting, the true reward is the joy that fills the room—shared laughter, smiling faces, meaningful connections, and wonderful memories made together.

We can't wait to see another full table on our next Bingo day!
