New project! Started the beginning of June working on a basement apartment around 800 square ft.

Galley kitchen,small area for a dining room. Laundry will be stacked with a small set of shelves beside with doors to hide it. We enlarged the bathroom by 18 inches to change the entire layout. Reworked the staircase and took out a sliding glass door. Bedroom needed a new subfloor. Lots of new electrical along with a tankless water heater. Drywall is being done right now. Paint is this weekend and flooring next week. Stay tuned for the progress.
