The team has been busting ass mining 30 tons of concrete from a solid slab 14’ thick going down 10’. That all comes after removing the mammoth V12 that drives the biggest pump you’ve ever seen.

With mechanical demo like this, the goal isn’t to tear everything down. The facility needs to stay in place. Instead, Kyle and his crew carefully dismantle the old boiler equipment into manageable, controlled sections for safe removal, leaving the structure ready for its next phase of use.

It’s precise work that requires planning, experience, and the ability to adapt inside active mechanical spaces.
