I challenged myself to take at least a month off from posting anything to social media. I’ve found that social media in moderation is one strategy for living life more fully. Disrupting the doom scroll has been freeing.

Kids are in daycare so luvbun can go to college- he’s studying network engineering! I’m learning to ride a scooter so I can commute to work on it. Luvbun celebrated his birthday recently.

We typically spend our free time going to the area parks, the libraries, and museums. Oh and mall walking too! We also recently joined the Tahoma UU Church. We hope to go camping at some point.

There’s a lot going on, but these are the highlights. :)
